A sanctuary for sensitive souls seeking connection with themselves and with nature.
Here, yoga becomes a gentle journey of rest, reflection, and inner peace.
Join our growing community of kindred spirits who value depth, authenticity, and meaningful practice. Together, we gather on Sunday evenings for Restorative Yoga - not as a physical workout, but as a way to slow down, listen inwardly, and return to balance.
Classes come to you online, creating sacred space within your own home. Each session is lovingly crafted to honour traditional yoga teachings while responding to your unique needs and energy.
My approach is shaped by years of practice across diverse yoga traditions, infused with poetry, philosophy, and a deep reverence for the natural world. I guide with patience and care, holding space for stillness, softness, and renewal.
If you feel drawn to a practice that nurtures body, heart, and spirit in a community of like-minded souls, I’d love to welcome you.

My family has followed the Eastern tradition since before I was born and I was brought up with an eclectic amalgamation of spiritual influences from both my parents. When I was a child, my grandma sponsored my mother and I to go to a serene yoga retreat in Oleiros, Portugal. I was so enchanted by the experience that I later wrote to them, asking if I could stay and complete my A-levels from the retreat—a true testament to how deeply yoga had already touched my heart.
By then, my sister had already completed a kundalini yoga teacher training, further inspiring my own journey. When my father passed away in 2021, he left a legacy of years of travelling to India and collecting profound yoga books and inspiring all around him with his daily sun salutations and hot yoga classes. That same year, I began my Bachelor of Science at university with a renewed dedication to my yoga practice, prompting me to decide to undertake my own yoga teacher training course, paid for with the money my father left me.
As I progressed through the course, I was struck by the effect yoga could have on the people I taught. Each student having a moment of wonder as they recognised the existence of their body and woke up to the awareness of the self. I watched in awe as people found peace, relaxation, and gratitude for their moving breathing selves through yoga classes with me. I began to teach at every opportunity - on YouTube, friends and family, a monk running an organic farm in Malaysia, school children in a treehouse Steiner school community, for staff members of a cafe, at the LGBTQ+ Centre in London, at yoga studios and out in nature.
Each class I taught brought more mindfulness, peace, and love into our lives. Over time, I realised my true dream is to build a community of people passionate about yoga, wellbeing, health and our beautiful planet with all its flora and fauna. While I’ll share more about this dream soon and would be delighted to discuss it if you ask, for now, I’m focused on teaching yoga professionally, laying the foundation for this dream to become a reality.
