The Solar Plexus Chakra, known in Sanskrit as "Manipura" (meaning "city of jewels"), is your centre of personal power, confidence, and self-esteem. Incorporate yellow foods like bananas, pineapple, corn, turmeric, and ginger into your diet. These bright foods resonate with the yellow energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra, helping to stimulate its natural fire and support healthy digestion.
