Prepare to make the most of your class:
A supportive yoga mat for grounding
Optional supports: 2 blocks, a strap, and 1-2 soft blankets (household items work beautifully too)
Comfortable layers that allow free movement
Fresh water nearby
A stable internet connection with your device positioned to show your practice (although you're welcome to have your camera off)
All our gatherings welcome people of every level.
I offer thoughtful variations to ensure each person can practice in a way that honours their body's wisdom and current needs.
Restorative yoga is a deeply restful practice using props like blankets, cushions, and bolsters to support the body. Each pose is held for several minutes to encourage release, stillness, and gentle renewal.
Not at all. The class is suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years. The focus is on rest, not effort.
You’ll need a yoga mat and a few comforting belongings: a blanket, cushions, or even a rolled towel for support.
You might consider lighting incense or candles, rubbing calming essential oils into your pulse points e.g. lavendar, cammomile, ylang-ylang, bergamot orange, frankincense. Maybe you have an eye mask or eye pillow. Comfort is key.
Once you subscribe or book a session, you’ll receive a Google Meet link by email. Join a few minutes before class to set up your space and settle in.
You can request a class recording if you’re a member. This allows you to practice at your own pace, whenever you need a moment of rest.
Occasionally. I’m based in London and sometimes host in-person workshops or one-to-one sessions. You can join my mailing list to stay informed.
